Wedding weekends include exclusive use of the facility from Friday evening to Sunday morning. A camp representative will be on site to assist with your needs and requests and a coordinator will be available during your wedding planning and throughout the event. Nightly campfires and s’mores are included in your wedding package. Wedding dates are available early June and mid-August to late September.

Camp Eastwood can sleep up to 120 people in a combination of group cabins and individual rooms. All sleeping quarters have indoor showers, toilets and electricity, as well as sturdy and comfortable beds and mattresses. $25 per person, per night includes accommodations, sheets, towels, breakfast and lunch.

The Dining Pavillion can be decorated to reflect your personal style for your event using the simplest of centerpieces to the most elaborate displays. We can help you arrange rentals of linens, glasses, flatware, and china, or you are welcome to use our camp plates, silverware and tumblers. Whatever you choose to do, remember that a little candlelight can transform your reception into a magical twinkling evening of memory making.

With high vaulted ceilings, a wrap-around screened in porch, and views of the sunset over East Pond, our Dining Pavilion is the perfect venue for your wedding reception. Our chefs will delight and amaze with locally sourced, seasonal ingredients and beautifully presented dishes that meet the high standards of even the most disapproving mother-in-law. Prices start at $30 per person.

Camp Eastwood has a number of scenic locations for your wedding ceremony. There are 2 outdoor amphitheaters with split log seating, a large grass field that can be set up with benches and a wedding canopy, and a pristine theater that can be used for inclement weather.
